Shipping policy

Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses (i.e. no po boxes etc). 

Most products should arrive around one to one and a half weeks once ordered. It is rare that products take longer to deliver, but it can happen due to our quality control processes, production location and backlogs, or other reasons such as events beyond our control. 

If you require your product urgently, then you should contact us via "Contacts" tab prior to ordering and we will see what is possible. Please let us know the product and delivery location, as well as delivery window.

We try as much as possible to use local printers, based on our customers location, which meet our quality expectations and are adding more as time goes by which will reduce timeframes and also freight costs and the big plus, reduce our footprint.
